The Problem : Cannot get under car due to poor ground clearance. Need to get under car to fix cracked bumper caused by poor ground clearance. The Solution: Ease car up onto divider beam between driveway and lawn. The Finished Product:

There’s a drifted 5 series in Russia but I can’t find any up-close pics to see if anything’s held together with zips so for now, yours might be the only one.

Had the shift linkage on my S4 come loose while cruising in the sticks. Carefully maneuvered the car over a ditch to get under it. I felt like a genius.

PRO TIP: Let your car cool down before trying to work on something that’s past the exhaust AND drive shaft.

I can definitely see a 3-er being zip-tied because of the people who tend to own them, but people don’t really do that sort of stuff with 5s.

Not the only one with zip ties. Somewhere out there is my old 540i that has tons of them on it! Though they’re not holding on any parts, just keeping stuff nice and tidy and out of the way.
